Billet cylinder kit for the Yamaha 1100 and 1200 non-powervalve engines. This kit is for use with a 73mm(+5mm) stroke and standard Yamaha pistons. Sleeves are setup for 84-86mm bore sizes. This kit includes billet cylinder, billet head, and sleeves(not installed). Cylinder will require finish porting by hand, installation of sleeves, and bored to fit desired piston size. Domes will need to be purchased separately. You can use any of our Yamaha domes, depending on your bore size.
Please note, there is no exhaust bracket available for this head, as the bolt pattern is different than stock. To use an exhaust that needs to be mounted to the head, you will need to fabricate your own exhaust bracket.
This is for experienced engine builders, this is not a bolt-on kit!
