Shipping to an address other than the billing address is at our discretion.
Payment on orders outside the US is only by accepted by PayPal.
The credit card billing address must match and verify, if your bank does not support address verification, we cannot accept that credit card.
Be sure to supply us with a valid email address and phone number. If we need to contact you and we are unable to, processing of your order will be delayed.

We ship Worldwide using UPS and the Postal Service. All available options and costs are shown during checkout.
When UPS shipping is selected, orders placed before 2pm Arizona time are usually shipped the same business day. When US Postal Service shipping methods are selected, orders placed before 8am are usually shipped the same business day. We do not guarantee same day shipping, but we try our best. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
There is no sales tax outside of Arizona. Orders shipped in Arizona are charged 7.8% sales tax.
If you live in Arizona or southern CA(zip codes within 900xx-928xx) you will generally get your package the next business day when selecting UPS Ground.
Tracking numbers are emailed to the email address you provide when your online order is shipped. If you do not receive a tracking email, check your spam/junk mail folder.
All orders must be placed on our website, we do not take phone orders.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges after 30 days from date of invoice, no exceptions.
Shipping charges are NOT refunded, only the price of the merchandise, less any fees, will be refunded.
Returns may be subject to up to a 15% restocking charge.
Any return on an order shipped with free shipping, will have the original cost of shipping deducted from the return, if the return puts the original order below the free shipping amount.
All returns are shipped back at the customer's expense.
