This is an economically priced heavy duty handlepole kit for Go-Ped scooters. This kit features a 1-3/8" diameter aluminum handlepole with billet aluminum clamps. 28" height from top of pole to base of ftg where it sets on the top of the headset nut. Kit comes as show with handlepole, aluminum ftg, slide tube, 2 billet slide tube clamps, and a billet cable clamp.
The top of the handlepole comes pre-drilled for use with either the bolt-in Avenger T-bar or the ADA Racing 1-3/8" billet steering stem. Please note, that if you need to shorten the handlepole, you will then need to re-drill 1/4" holes for the bolt-in T-bar or steering stem. Both the bolt-in Avenger T-bar and the billet steering stem are shown below under Relate Items.
The handlepole is still secured to the ftg with a pin, just like the stock setup. That way you can loosen the slide tube clamps and fold the handlepole down for easy storage or transport. It also adds extra safety with the handlepole being pinned to the ftg.
The pole, slide tube, and ftg assembly were originally used on the Avenger Scooter. We made billet slide tube and cable clamps to secure the slide tube and to give it that 'beefy' look.
