Clear anodized billet head for the Kawasaki 750 and 800 engines. This head has deeper than normal oring grooves machined into it and requires the use of thicker orings than our standard heads. The head will include the thicker orings pre-cut and super glued along with an extra piece of bulk oring that can be cut to length for future use., as well as the brass fittings.
You will need to order domes below under Related Products. When ordering domes, you must order a quantity of 2, as domes are sold individually.
Order domes for the 750(up to 81.5mm bore) or the 800(up to 83mm bore) below.
This billet head shell uses special oring. Do not order our standard oring kits as replacement orings for this head. The grooves in this head shell use a thicker .093” diameter buna oring. Additional oring is included with this head shell. You must put the oring into the grooves and then cut to length. The end of the oring should then be super glued together. Do not use any silicone in the oring grooves! The size of the oring is calculated for the area of the groove. Only small dabs of grease should be used to hold the oring in place, if necessary.
