X days ago, and it isn't here yet. When will I receive it?
When you place an online order, ADA Racing will send you an
email with your UPS tracking number included. You can go to our Shipping Terms page to track your package
and also to view a delivery time map for UPS. This should give you
a good idea of when to expect your order.
I live in Arizona/Phoenix Area. Can I pick up
my order from your location?
Yes, you can pick up your order from our location.
But, please call first to place your order, that way we
can have it ready when you arrive.
What
type of payments do you accept for online ordering?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards and debit
cards and Paypal. But, your credit card company must allow address verification.
Our online shopping cart cannot process credit cards that cannot
verify the billing address.
Can
I have my order shipped to an address other than my credit card
billing address?
No, we cannot ship to any address other than the verified
billing address of the credit card. This is done to protect
both us and the credit card holder against fraud. There
are no exceptions to this policy. You can contact your
bank and have them add an alternate shipping address, which
you can then enter as your billing address during checkout.
Can
I pay with a money order or cashiers check?
Yes, you can send us a money order or cashiers check by
mail. Just complete the checkout process and select pay
by money order and then follow the instructions. If you
order something that we are out of stock on, you will be
notified. You can also have the order shipped wherever
you would like and no signature is required since this
is not a credit card order.
Do
you ship outside the US?
Yes, we ship worldwide using UPS and the US Postal Service.
All of the available shipping options and prices will be
shown to you during the check out process. We only accept
payment by PayPal from outside the US and your address
must be verified and confirmed with PayPal.
Do
you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?
Yes, we ship to Hawaii by the same services that are offered
to customers within the continental US. You will be shown
your shipping options and prices during the check out process.
I just ordered a product
but when I received it I realized I really didn't need it. I can

In the event that you need to return a product, please call
us at 480-507-6919 ext.1 with your reason for return and
we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) Number. All product
returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees will
not be refunded and items must be shipped back at the customer's
expense. If your order was originally
shipped free freight and by returning a part it drops the
original shipment below the free freight minimum, you will
be charged for freight on the original order which will
be deducted from the refund on the return.
Why do I have to pay
a restocking fee?
The restocking fee is to cover the cost of processing
the order and the payment.
I just received my order,
and it is incorrect. What do I do?
If you receive your order and it is incorrect, please contact ADA
Customer Service at 480-507-6919 ext.1 and we will straighten
the problem out ASAP.

Due to the nature of product development and testing, it is
difficult to give an exact date of arrival for a new product. We
can get close, but issues do arise. Our number one priority is offering
you the BEST product in terms of quality, performance and style.
Sometimes this takes time.
I am having trouble
installing the product I just ordered. What should I do?
Most products come with instructions included
in the package. If you have followed them, but still can
not get it figured out, first check out the Resources section
of our website to see if we have any other instructions
online for your product. If all else fails, feel free
